1What is the process once my order with you has been placed?
Bucks Ironing Fairy will come and collect your items and arrange a time that suits you for delivery.
2Why do you charge per item?
A recent survey shows people want to know how much their laundry / ironing will cost prior to placing their order. Most ironing companies charge per the kilo or by the hour. Pricing per item eliminates the need for weighing your clothes on scales, and avoids any discrepancies on expectation to the amount completed in one hour.
3Is there a charge for cancellation?
No, plans change I understand that.
4What if I only want a one off service?
We provide one off, regular weekly/fortnightly and monthly services and each will be treated with the same professional standard.
5I work Monday – Friday 9-5 can I still have my ironing collected and delivered?
Yes – Our collection and Delivery Service operates daytime and evenings up to 8pm to suit and can collect from your workplace or home.
6Do you require a minimum order value?
No, however Collection and Delivery is only free for orders of £15.00 and above. The delivery and collection charge is set at £3.00 for orders under £15.00.
